Monte Rio, California ... Zone Meet 1994 A.S.C. 11th Annual Southwest Zone Meet Monte Rio is located along the scenic Russian river the coastal hills of Northern California and was this years site of the Northern California Southwest zone meet held April 29-30 & May 1st, 1994. The zone meet centered In one of California's most scenic coastal areas amongst groves of towering ancient redwood trees. Our meet headquarters was the Northwood lodge nestled in a grove of giant redwoods About 10 miles inland from The Pacific Ocean. For our hospitality room we used one of the cabins located back  in the trees.  Due to the size of our group, we had the run of the entire lodge as all rooms were taken by A.S.C. members for the entire weekend.
